วันที่ ๑๙ พ.ย. ๖๓ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระราชทานที่ดินติดถนนราชวิถีแก่สองมหาวิทยาลัย คือ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต เนื้อที่ ๓๗ ไร่ ๑ งาน ๑๐ ตรว. และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา เนื้อที่ ๖๐ ไร่ ๑ งาน ๘๐ ตรว. ราคาประเมินตารางวาละ ๒๕๐,๐๐๐ บาท มูลค่าที่ดินของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิตจะอยู่ที่ราว ๓,๗๒๗,๕๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาจะอยู่ที่ราว ๖,๐๔๕,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท ซึ่งเป็นมูลค่ารวมเกือบหนึ่งหมื่นล้านบาท ทรงมีพระราชประสงค์พระราชทานเพื่อการศึกษา จึงเป็นพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นล้นพ้นอันหาที่สุดมิได้ แก่ปวงชนชาวไทย ที่บุตรหลานจะได้มีโอกาส ได้มีความรู้ เป็นเสาหลักให้แก่ครอบครัว สถาบันการศึกษา จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการสร้างคน สร้างชาติ นำองค์ความรู้ มาพัฒนาประเทศให้เกิดสิ่งดีๆต่อสังคมโดยรวมตลอดไป

His Majesty the King gave royal land title deeds worth Thai Baht 10,000 million for Thai people’s education.
On November 19, 2020, His Majesty the King gave royal land on Rajavithi Road to two universities: land of 59,640 square meters to Suan Dusit University and 96,720 square meters to Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with estimated price of Thai Baht 250,000 per 4 square meters. Land of Suan Dusit University is valued at approximately Thai Baht 3,727.5 million whereas land of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is valued at 6,045 million, altogether is valued almost Thai Baht 10,000 million. His royal intention is for education of Thai people. This is therefore boundless kindness and gracious warmth of His Majesty the King so that descendants of Thai people will be educated and become a tower of strength for their families. Educational institutions are important for development of human resources and the nation. Educated citizens can use their knowledge to develop the country and create beneficial things for the society.
