เอาคำที่จำเลยแถลงต่อศาลว่า ตนยังไม่ได้สละสมณเพศ แล้วร้องขอให้ศาลแพ่งบันทึกข้อความไว้

พอออกมาจากศาล ก็นำมาอ้างว่า ตนเป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์ ศาลรับรู้แล้ว

นอกจากพวกหน้าด้านเหล่านี้ พูดความจริงไม่หมดแล้ว ยังพยายามบิดเบือนให้สังคมคิดว่า พวกทุจริตเงินภาษีของรัฐ ๖๐ กว่าล้าน เป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์

ทั้งที่ศาลชั้นต้น ศาลอุทธรณ์ พิพากษาให้ติดคุกกันทุกคน แต่พวกเดียวกันก็ออกมาจั่วหัวว่า “พระทุกรูปหลุดพ้นมลทินคดีเงินทอนวัด”

แถมยังกล้าลงชื่อผู้แถลงการณ์คือ นายกรณ์ มีดี หัวหน้าพรรคแผ่นดินธรรม ซึ่งเป็นเครือข่ายของพวกธรรมกาย อ้างว่าเป็นถึงหัวหน้าพรรคแผ่นดินธรรม และเลขาธิการสมาพันธ์ชาวพุทธแห่งประเทศไทย (รายละเอียดไปหาอ่านเอาเอง)

นอกจากจะพยายามพูดด่าให้เป็นข่าว ทำเรื่องชั่วให้ดูดีแล้ว ยังย่ำยีพระธรรมวินัย กฎหมายบ้านเมือง และคำสั่งมหาเถร ทั้งที่มีมติออกมาห้าม

และที่น่าจะต้องเจอคดีเพิ่มคือการละเมิดอำนาจศาล เพราะไปอ้างเอาคำสั่งศาลแพ่ง ที่พวกนี้ไม่พูดถึงรายละเอียดมาหักล้างคำตัดสินของศาลชั้นต้น และศาลอุทธรณ์

เอาเป็นว่า งานนี้คงต้องมีคนติดคุกเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นพวงแหละ

หากคิดว่าความเท็จจะชนะความจริง โดยอาศัยพวกมากลากไป

อย่างนั้นก็มาประลองกำลังกันอีกสักตั้ง

มาดูกันว่า คนพูดความจริง จะชนะคนโกหกได้อย่างไร

A group of shameless monks, who are defendants in corruption of public funds cases, are trying to distort some false stories to be true.

Claiming defendant’s testimony in court that they did not leave monkhood. Then, they requested the Civil Court to keep records of the testimony. After coming out of the court, they claimed that the court had acknowledged that they were innocent.

These thick-skin people not only tell half-truths, they are trying to distort the story to make the society believe that people involved in embezzlement of 60 million budget are innocent.

Even though the civil court, court of first instance, and appeal court sentenced all defendants to imprisonment, but their supporters have stressed that “Every monk is dismissed from temple funds embezzlement cases.”

They even dared to put the name of announcer, Mr. Korn Meedee, Chairman of the Land of Dharma Party and Secretary General of Thailand Buddhists Federation, which is a network of the Dhammakaya Doctrine. (please look up for more details yourselves.)

Apart from turning criticisms into news, distorting evil to look good, they have also demaged code of monastic rule, laws, and the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand’s resolution of prohibition.

They may face more legal cases for contempt of court, because they claimed the civil court’s ruling to confute verdicts of court of first instance, and appeal court.

Well, this time there shall be more people to be put to jail.
